Down Load Flyer of Upcoming Book signing at Jamaicaway Books

As an author, I personally know what a joy it is to finally see your book bound and printed.

Having it read and developing a following or readership is the "Icing on the Cake" whether you become a Best Seller or not.

What I am finding even more satisfying is the number of writers who have come to me with book ideas or questions about getting published themselves.

As a result, I realized I could utilize my Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications to help others realize their goals of being a published writer.

The obstacles I faced and overcame are now useful tools for speeding the process for others and helpful in helping writers to define realistic goals.

I am able to locate editors, illustrators, and publishing houses for simplifying the process of going to print.

As if she hasn't been kept busy with her new role as Publishing Agent, Rochelle has managed to release a new children’s book titled "Gabe and the Bike."

Lucky for this author the story was written and illustrated in 2006 as a part of a trilogy she created for toddlers ages 1 to 5 to enjoy with adult caretakers and parents.

This tale describes how she and her son Gabriel enjoyed riding the Minute Man Trail Bike Path, while they were recovering from the loss of his Dad, and her husband of 10 years, Richard F. Thorpe.

Readers will enjoy their bike ride down the Minuteman Trail from Cambridge to Lexington and a stop at Spy Pond to feed “Mr. Ducky.”
